ESPA at the Ritz-Carlton, Macau is featuring a special “Sip, Savour, Spa Summer Indulgence” package through July to August 31, 2019. 

Butter Poached Boston Lobster

Following pampering with massage and hand moisturizing treatments, the treatment comes with a bottle of bubbly Perrier-Jouët Brut Reserve Champagne paired with a lobster dish.

Michelin-starred Lai Heen Cantonese restaurant’s Executive Chef Jackie Ho has prepared Wok-fried Boston Lobster with crispy garlic and spicy chilies. The Butter Poached Boston Lobster is prepared from the Ritz-Carlton Café. Lastly, the savory and crunchy Boston Lobster Tempura from the Ritz-Carlton Bar & Lounge, and Boston Lobster Tian with lobster, avocado, fresh vegetables and crunchy chips from the Ritz-Carlton Pool Bar are already causing a summer splash.

The total cost is $2,988 for two persons, and is inclusive of the bottle of Perrier-Jouët Brut Reserve, massage treatment, and selection of one of the lobster dishes each.
